Certain transactions and services offered while visiting Affinity Gaming Websites may be processed or provided by strategic providers under contract with Affinity Gaming, even though it appears that you may not have left the Affinity Gaming Websites. The strategic providers that process transactions or provide other services to Affinity Gaming include, but are not limited to:
(1) SynXis, iHotelier, MyFidelio, ResNet (hotel reservations);
(2) Ticketmaster (show and event tickets);
(3) Thomson Financial (communications for investors); and
(4) mobile providers (all such strategic providers including the strategic providers identified above are collectively, "Strategic Providers").
II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
General Information: When you use the Internet, your web browser or client software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the websites you visit. The information may include the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, the capabilities and features of your computer, your geographic location, and your movement within and interaction with the website, including what pages you look at and what information you download. When you visit Affinity Gaming Websites, Affinity Gaming servers collect such information ("General Information"). Among other uses, Affinity Gaming uses this General Information to generate aggregate statistics about visitors to Affinity Gaming Websites.

General Information and Personal Information collected by Affinity Gaming Websites are stored on servers that are protected by firewalls and other standard security procedures. The secure servers are not generally accessible by unauthorized third parties and are generally considered secure, but could become accessible in the event of a security breach. You are responsible for ensuring that the computers, electronic devices, and electronic communication methods that you use will provide adequate security for communicating with Affinity Gaming. Affinity Gaming is not responsible for the disclosure or interception of information that you send to Affinity Gaming before it is received by Affinity Gaming.
VIII. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND THE CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
Pursuant to law, persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted to gamble in casinos and are not permitted to loiter in the gaming areas of any Affinity Gaming properties. Similarly, Affinity Gaming Websites are general audience sites intended for persons 21 years of age or older. Accordingly, the provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act do not apply to Affinity Gaming Websites. Affinity Gaming does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from persons under the age of 21. If you know of a minor who has provided Affinity Gaming with Personal Information, please contact Affinity Gaming immediately at Affinitygaming@affinitygaming.com so that we may identify the information that needs to be removed from our database.
