Senior Management Executive Officers
Mr. Scrivens joined the Affinity team in May 2019 from Z Capital Partners, LLC., where he served as a Managing Director on the private equity investment team since 2012. During his tenure, he focused on investments in gaming and hospitality, leading teams of professionals that specialized in pursuing opportunities that required hands-on financial and operational leadership, including Affinity Gaming, a Z Capital portfolio company.
From 2001 to 2012 he served as Director at Chilmark Partners a middle market private equity firm and boutique investment bank that specializes in complex transactions. And from 1993 to 2001 worked at Arthur Andersen LLP in its corporate finance group.
Mr. Scrivens graduated with a Bachelors of Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois.
Mr. Fiocco joined Affinity Gaming in November of 2018 bringing nearly four decades of gaming and casino experience.
Prior to joining Affinity, Mr. Fiocco, served as Chief Marketing Officer of Tropicana Entertainment Inc. where he was responsible for all marketing operations across eight Tropicana properties. In leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives and brand strategy at Tropicana, Mr. Fiocco helped drive significant annual net revenue growth from 2012 to 2017.
Mr. Fiocco also served as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations and Marketing for Resorts Casino Hotel and Atlantic City Hilton. He began his career at Caesars Atlantic City in its table games department and quickly climbed the ranks, from dealer to Vice President of Operations and Marketing
Mr. Fiocco holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Stockton State College in Pomona, New Jersey.
Mrs. Uysal joined Affinity Gaming in May 2023 and is an accomplished C-level finance professional with over two decades of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry.
Prior to joining Affinity, she was the Chief Finance, Strategy & Transformation Officer for the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, with the responsibility for financial planning and execution for the casino resort, government programs, and the tribe’s diverse business portfolio. Moreover, she held various property and corporate level, functional and finance leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment.
Mrs. Uysal holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Accounting degree from Istanbul University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from San Diego State University.
Mr. Egnor joined the Affinity Interactive team in 2023 bringing two decades of hospitality experience.
Prior to Affinity Interactive, Mr. Egnor supported Fortune 100 hospitality companies and their digital transformation as a consultant for the largest privately held analytics company in the world, SAS Institute. Prior to SAS, Mr. Egnor lead the marketing divisions for the San Manuel Casino in Southern California and then Resorts World Casino – New York City. He held multiple roles at Caesar’s Entertainment in analytics, procurement, and food & beverage.
Mr. Egnor holds a Master of Science from New York University (NYU), a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Tennessee, and an Associate Degree from Johnson and Wales University.
Mr. Paelinck joined Affinity Interactive in November of 2023 bringing a wealth of experience to the team. With over 20 years of leading IT for major gaming and technology companies such as Caesars, Station Casinos, and Walker Digital Tables, Charles is a true veteran of the industry. His expertise goes beyond gaming, having also held similar positions for Kellogg’s Cereal Company, Sprint, and Baxter Pharmaceuticals.
Notably, Mr. Paelinck is a co-inventor of an interactive marketing system and a mobile billing system for which he shared in patents.
Mr. Paelinck holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Arizona.
Ms. Barnett joined Affinity Gaming in September of 2016. Prior to joining Affinity Gaming, Ms. Barnett was engaged in private practice, with the Nevada based firms McDonald Carano and Marquis Aurbach Coffing, where she specialized in real estate and business transactions. She also served as the Associate General Counsel for The Greenspun Corporation, a prominent media company and real estate developer.
Ms. Barnett holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie Law School, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Ms. Mark joined Affinity Gaming in November of 2019 bringing extensive Human Resources knowledge within the gaming industry. Prior to joining Affinity Gaming, Ms. Mark served as Vice President of Human Resources for Resorts World Las Vegas from 2014 to 2019.
From 2010 to 2014, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Las Vegas Hilton.
Earlier in Ms. Mark’s career, she worked as the Director of Human Resources for both Golden Gaming and Boyd Gaming.
Ms. Mark is a steward of philanthropy, and has been on the boards of various local non-profits throughout the Las Vegas valley including the Epicurean Charitable Foundation, HELP of Southern Nevada, and Go RED for Women.
Ms. Mark graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
